During this inspection, the home inspector will inspect and not any issues with the property that the buyer could bring to the attention of the seller for repairs & give an overall condition of the home. Once the inspection has been completed that buyer and the agent will receive a copy of the report. The agent will review the report and make any recommendations for repairs to bring to the seller and seller’s agent.
