Escoba Bay in Sneads Ferry is the areas Premiere Equestrian Community.

The Escoba Bay community has a barn for up to 6 horses and allows access for homeowners to board their horses when there is availability. The community also has pasture area for exercising boarded horses. If you are looking for a place to ride outside the community, there is beach access on Topsail Island where you are able to access the beach and ride.

If you are a horse loving bystander and would prefer activities that keep your feet closer to the ground or water, Escoba Bay is still the community for you. This community also has a community pool that is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is for Homeowners to enjoy. Or if you prefer there is also a dock and boat ramp for homeowners to enjoy. Escoba Bay also allows night fishing off the dock and parking of your boat for up to 24 hours.
